Solar Control Window Films
Solar control window films are multi-layered laminates that are designed specifially to reject large amounts of heat.
Most solar control window films are no darker than a 5% VLT, and may be as light as a 80% VLT
Visible Light Transmission (VLT) is a number that represents how much sun is allowed to pass through the glass. Which denotes how dark a window film is.
For example, a window film that has a VLT of 30% means that the film is blocking 70% of the sun's visible light from passing through the glass and allowing only 30% to penetrate the glass and film.
Duel Reflective Films
Duel Reflective Window films are designed to provide lots of heat and glare reduction.
The best attribute that makes Duel Reflective (also known as DR) is that you can see out clearly at night, even when the inside of room is lit up from all the lighting that is on at night. Most other medium or dark window films you can not see out at night when your lights are on inside of your home, but others can see you clearly at night.
Duel Reflect films are made in a 50% VLT, 35% VLT%, 25% VLT and a 15% VLT
